It removes the burden of obtaining signatures on all necessary forms from you as an agent.  Please note that if Travelers does not receive the documents back from the insured the policy will cancel.  You can opt to manage the signatures and document retention on your own by changing the default to NO.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

On October 16, 2016, Travelers will begin offering an eSignature option for your Customers Care Center clients at new business!


What you need to know:


When you choose eSignature at new business, Travelers will assume the responsibility of obtaining electronic signatures for policy forms and any other required documentation.

Our Quote and Issue system will automatically default to the eSignature option for Auto, Home, PAF and Umbrella new business.*
*In Arizona and Oregon, eSignature will only be available for new Auto business

An eSignature status report will be available on the Reports and Alerts page of Agent HQ.
